Steel Forging Clip Plate:
Rail anchors, also called anticreepers,  are used in the fastenings system for creep resistance function.  Rail anchors grisps the steel rail during the train running through the steel rail.
They are made of spring steel with elasticity that attach to the underside of the rail baseplate and bear against the sides of the sleepers to prevent longitudinal movement of the rail, either from changes in temperature or through vibration, prolonging the life of rail ties.
